The 2 bedroom duplex apartment is located in the well-kept Magnolia Golf Resort. It is on the seafront in Costa Adeje near the small fishing village "La Caleta".

Some of the best fish restaurants, bars and supermarket are in this resort.

The Tenerife Apartment Magnolia Golf Resort consists of a large living room with sofa bed, dining area and 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition, a kitchen with all appliances and a terrace with seating and a large dining table.

Community pool area. Fast fiber optic internet via W-Lan. Large sports center with football, tennis, Olympic swimming pool, paddle, etc. is right next to the house. Tenerife Apartment Magnolia Golf Resort is located on the Adeje golf course and only 10-15 minutes to the other 5 golf courses.

Children up to the age of 8 for a flat rate of EUR 15 per night. There is no charge for a baby under 2 years in the parents' bed. A baby bed provided in the master bedroom is charged at € 8 per night for babies up to 3 years of age. Possibility for 2 baby beds are available. Children's high chair is provided free of charge.

Christmas surcharge (20.12. - 06.01.) and Easter surcharge (04.04. - 30.04.) results in a rental price of € 190.00/night and during this time we charge a minimum rental period of 10 days. No discounts are granted during these seasons. Discounts cannot be combined with special offers.

A bedroom with a large double bed and access to the balcony and bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. But these can be pushed together. Additional sleeping space in the living room.
